Individuals who complete the five PLACE assessments either online or through the PLACE Workbooks have their information stored. There is NO programming at all needed by the church or organization to capture the five assessments.
The PLACE database allows leaders to track the serving history of each and every volunteer from considering a ministry opportunity to placed in a ministry to no longer serving within a ministry.
For those involved in the volunteer process each receives generated tasks that works like Microsoft Outlook. These tasks are reminders that an individual needs attention by someone in the assimilation process for the individual to move along in the process of ministry involvement.
The PLACE database allows you to search for specific individuals based on criteria such as spiritual gifts, people passions, life experiences, etc. to potentially serve in ministry opportunities.
