Appreciation Survey

The Appreciation Survey catalogs each individual’s hierarchy of five preferred methods for being encouraged. This Survey is based on Dr. Gary Chapman’s Five Love Languages system for understanding what motivates us. Dr. Chapman believes that people give and receive love in one of five preferred ways. If we want to encourage and motivate ministry workers, we would do well to customize our acts of appreciation by delivering it in the “love language” they can most readily receive it.

The Appreciation Survey takes less than two minutes to complete. The information gathered helps ministry leaders know how to individually encourage and motivate those within their ministries.
To complete the survey users simply click their highest appreciation preference choice which in turn ranks their appreciation preferences from highest to lowest.
The Appreciation Survey Results provide the ministry and job within each ministry. Use the appreciation survey to show appreciation individually for an individual(s) that serves within those ministries.
Applying filters allows ministry leaders to target those in their ministry that are appreciated by: words of affirmation, acts of service, quality time, physical touch or gifts.
People can either complete the Survey online, or you can print the Surveys for distribution and later input the results into the database.
