God’s people recognize their personal giftedness and purpose, then associate this with Kingdom-directed ministry. Church leaders commit to intentionally help them discover their competency and passion for meaningful ministry.
God’s people become adequately prepared and trained to fulfill a serving role in ministry. Church leaders commit to adequately prepare and/or train them to fulfill the ministry roles God has prepared for them.
God’s people accept the authority that is given to them to serve in ministry. Church leaders commit to give authority and release them to serve in meaningful ministry.
